Soframycin is a very well known brand and we have been using it for years. Although the action is rapid but it does not work on major wounds. Best in cases of minor cuts and wounds.

Soframycin has really helped me with my Shaving cuts. I usually apply it whenever I have a cut and I have seen a significant reduction in irritation in a day. However since the absorption is quick, it feels like nothing on skin and this makes it hard to tell if it is still active or I need to reapply
